VP Product Management – Corporate Solutions (EEMEA)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President to lead Corporate Solutions Product Management across the EEMEA region. The role translates global strategy into regional priorities that drive revenue, payment volume, market share and sustainable growth. You will own the product portfolio, manage P&L, and engage with financial institutions, corporates, governments and ecosystem partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the EEMEA Corporate Solutions product strategy across markets, products and payment flows.
• Deliver regional revenue, volume, profitability and market‑share targets.
• Manage the regional product P&L and associated performance metrics.
• Identify and scale new payment flows in travel, procurement, payables, receivables and B2B acceptance.
• Lead commercialization of global products and influence global roadmaps based on regional gaps.
• Build strategic partnerships with travel platforms, fintechs, ERP and procurement providers.
• Lead, develop and inspire the regional product‑management team while collaborating with sales, acceptance and partnership teams.

Required profile

• Significant leadership experience in commercial payments, transaction banking or B2B payments.
• Proven track record of managing a regional or multi‑market product portfolio.
• Strong understanding of B2B payments, issuing, acquiring, acceptance and corporate payment processes.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and commercial judgement.
• Experience identifying new payment flows and scaling products.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
