VP Regional Customer Experience – Air & Sea (IMEA)

About the role

The VP Regional Customer Experience will lead the Air & Sea forwarding business across the IMEA region, shaping the future of customer experience and driving loyalty and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and capability development for Customer Implementation, Operational Account Management and Customer Journey Management.
• Develop and execute the regional CX strategy in partnership with Product, Sales and supporting functions.
• Establish Voice of Customer programs, measure satisfaction and act as the primary customer advocate.
• Embed customer perspectives into decision‑making, process improvement and business priorities.

Required profile

• 12+ years in digital transformation, technology or customer experience leadership.
• Minimum 5 years senior experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale digital programmes.
• Bachelor’s in technology, business or engineering; MBA preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with freight forwarding platforms such as Cargo Wise.
• Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and APIs.
