E-commerce Supply Chain Manager (French Speaker)

About the role

Fincut, a fast-growing digital-native menswear brand selling online and part of the BrandSystem group, is hiring an E-commerce Supply Chain Manager for an on-site position in Dubai, UAE. The manager owns the supply chain flows, from supplier order to the customer's doorstep, overseeing demand planning, inventory control, procurement coordination and supply management for all product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Demand forecasting and buying plans by style, size and colour, aligned with collection launches and marketing campaigns
• Track orders with factories in China and Europe, negotiate prices, MOQs and lead times, and diversify suppliers
• Manage purchase orders, receiving checks, supplier payments and open invoices
• Choose shipping modes from China to France, negotiate with carriers and freight forwarders, and secure import/export documents
• Maintain stock files with weekly projections, run stock counts and manage sell-through of older products
• Manage the logistics provider (receiving, picking, shipping, returns) and its service commitments and invoices
• Keep ERP, warehouse system and online store working with clean data, and share a stock flow tracker by SKU
• Validate product margins, set pricing with Operations, run a monthly gross margin review and cut costs, lead times and errors
• Help build and manage the supply chain operating budget

Required profile

• 4 to 6 years of supply chain experience, including at least 2 in e-commerce or fashion retail
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics or a related field; APICS or CSCP certification is a plus
• Fluent in French and English; Mandarin is a high plus
• Autonomous, organized and pragmatic, able to manage multiple priorities
