About the role
We are looking for a dedicated waiter to join our restaurant team in Dubai. The role involves preparing the dining area before service, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent service to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in restaurant cleaning each morning.
- Clean all service utensils before each service.
- Support the captain waiter with restaurant set‑up.
- Maintain a clean appearance and high hygiene standards.
- Help with mise en place preparation.
- Transport food from kitchen to the dining hall.
- Change ashtrays and fill glasses with water during service.
- Place food plates on guests’ tables.
- Clear tables after meals and clean them.
- Transport dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
- Follow instructions from the captain waiter.
Required profile
- Ability to maintain a clean and hygienic appearance.
- Willingness to follow guidance from the captain waiter.
- Ability to work under supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
