About the role
The role involves preparing the dining hall before service, keeping it clean, organized and fresh, and serving guests throughout the shift.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in restaurant cleaning each morning
- Clean all service utensils before each service
- Help the captain waiter with restaurant set‑up
- Maintain a clean appearance and high hygiene standards
- Support mise en place preparation under the captain waiter
- Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall
- Place food plates on clients' tables as directed
- Change ashtrays and refill water glasses during service
- Clear and clean tables after meals
- Carry dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area
- Follow the captain waiter’s instructions and work under their guidance
