About the role
This full‑time onsite position is for a Waiter at Mezzanine Bar & Kitchen in Dubai. You will greet and serve guests, ensure their satisfaction, and help maintain a clean, organized dining environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests, providing efficient food and beverage service.
- Maintain clean and organized dining area and manage table settings.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Required skills
- Knowledge of food & beverage and food service practices.
- Basic cooking skills or familiarity (advantageous).
