About the role
The Waiter will prepare the dining hall before each service, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fresh for guests. Working under the guidance of the captain waiter, the role combines hygiene maintenance with direct client service, contributing to a smooth and pleasant dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in morning restaurant cleaning and set‑up, including cleaning all service utensils before each service.
- Support the captain waiter with mise en place preparation and restaurant set‑up.
- Maintain a high personal hygiene level and a clean appearance.
- Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall and place plates on guests' tables.
- Change ashtrays, fill glasses with water during service, and clear tables after meals.
- Carry dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
- Follow the captain waiter’s instructions and work collaboratively with the service team.
