About the role
The F&B Waiter/ress is the front‑line hospitality ambassador at Desert Islands Resort & Spa, delivering prompt and courteous service to guests across all food and beverage outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure timely and efficient operation of food and beverage outlets.
- Maintain complete knowledge of menus, beverages, services and resort facilities to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Uphold a safe and hygienic work environment and respect guests' privacy rights.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for excellent service, strong team player, and fluent English communication.
