About the role
Apt Resources is seeking a dedicated and professional Waiter to join a reputable restaurant in Dubai. You will be the face of the restaurant, providing exceptional service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests courteously
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide recommendations
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operation
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Waiter in a restaurant setting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Attention to detail and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field
