Waiter / Waitress – Full‑time Hospitality Role

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, a luxury hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves serving guests, handling POS transactions, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.
• Utilize the POS system to ring up sales, print checks, close checks and complete cash‑out procedures.
• Carry trays, bus and reset tables with linen, china, glass and silver.
• Maintain a clean, neat and orderly restaurant throughout service and adhere to safety, sanitation and hygiene policies.
• Report guest comments and any service deviations to the manager.

Required profile

• Secondary education.
• Minimum 1 year of food and beverage serving experience.
• Previous public contact or cashiering experience; additional foreign language (e.g., Russian) is an asset.
