Waiter / Waitress – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join the food & beverage team at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort. The role involves delivering high‑standard service to guests in a luxury resort setting while upholding the brand’s hospitality values.

Key responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across all departments to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Follow hotel policies, Standard Operating Procedures and grooming standards at all times.
• Maintain full knowledge of hotel facilities and menu items to answer guest enquiries.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and process orders efficiently.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols, including respecting guest privacy when entering rooms.
• Keep work stations clean, break down trays, and monitor corridors for service items.
• Participate in training sessions and continuously develop service skills.
• Follow reasonable requests from managers or supervisors to achieve complete guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Team‑oriented attitude with a strong sense of personal discipline and grooming.
• Ability to understand and apply hotel policies, SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work on‑site in a fast‑paced resort environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) equipment.
• Good knowledge of menus and food‑beverage service standards.
