About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join the team at February 30, a vibrant beach bar, lounge and restaurant in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver attentive service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience in a fast‑paced, upscale environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized, courteous service to guests, anticipating their needs and offering recommendations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparation methods and wine pairings.
• Set up tables with correct silverware, glassware and china, and ensure a tidy dining area.
• Take orders accurately, communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and monitor the timing of courses.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Uphold high standards of grooming, conduct and professionalism, handling guest feedback gracefully.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service certification is a plus.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a beach club, upscale restaurant, resort or luxury hospitality setting.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and peak seasonal periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
