Key responsibilities

• Delight guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude and look for ways to make their meal experience special.
• Master the menu by learning all items, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point‑of‑sale system, and deliver completed orders promptly with attention to detail.
• Keep the food service station fully stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations to ensure guest and team well‑being.
