About the role

Join the SAL Service team at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering a warm, professional and personalized dining experience in a luxury hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized dining experience by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests.
• Confidently describe menu items and beverage pairings, showcasing detailed knowledge of ingredients and preparation methods.
• Liaise closely with the Culinary Team to ensure flawless food pickup, timely service, and consistent quality at every table.
• Manage table settings, serve food and beverages with precision, and maintain immaculate presentation throughout service.
• Use the point‑of‑sale system to accurately process guest orders and special requests, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen.
• Contribute to an engaging atmosphere by maintaining an attentive, unobtrusive presence and creating memorable dining moments.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a luxury hotel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Adaptability and appreciation of cultural diversity.
• Team player with accuracy and attention to detail.
