Waiter/Waitress – Full-time Hospitality Role

About the role

Join Hilton’s vibrant Food & Beverage team as a Waiter/Waitress and become the face of hospitality for guests staying at our hotel. You will create memorable dining experiences by delivering friendly, attentive service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive attitude and anticipate their needs to enhance the meal experience.
• Master the menu, promotions and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, input them accurately into the point‑of‑sale system, and serve promptly.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked service station throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol‑service regulations.
