About the role
Join Sofitel Dubai Downtown, a 5‑star luxury hotel, as a Heartist delivering exceptional service and cuisine. You will interact directly with guests, ensuring they feel unique and valued throughout their dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with menu items in an informative and helpful way.
- Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items and preparation methods.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
Required profile
- Experience in all‑day dining operations.
- Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Capability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
