Waiter/Waitress – Hotel Service

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Waiter/Waitress you will brighten guests’ days, delivering memorable food and drink experiences that enhance every stay at the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Delight our guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all interactions and proactively looking for ways to make their meal experience special.
• Master the menu by learning details of all items, promotions and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Serve with efficiency and care by taking orders, entering them into the POS system and delivering completed orders promptly, paying attention to detail.
• Manage the food service station, ensuring it is fully stocked, clean and organized at all times.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations to maintain the highest standards of guest and team well‑being.
