About the role
Home Bakery is hiring a full-time Waiter/Waitress for its kitchen at Dubai Mall, UAE. The role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and making sure guests have a positive and enjoyable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them according to company standards.
- Provide menu recommendations and respond to guest inquiries.
- Ensure smooth and timely service throughout the guest experience.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers.
- Process payments, issue receipts and handle cash when required.
- Maintain clean and organised tables, waiter stations and service areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, barista and other team members for smooth operations.
- Follow company SOPs, grooming standards and health and safety guidelines.
