About the role
Radisson Hotel Group is hiring a Waiter/Waitress in Ras Al Khaimah for its hotel outlet. The role covers all food and beverage service tasks according to the hotel's performance manual, with a focus on guest service, quality and revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests and serve them in a professional, discreet and personalised way
- Know the food and beverage menu of the outlet in depth and advise guests
- Maintain the quality of food and beverage served
- Handle customer complaints and queries satisfactorily
- Keep the outlet clean and maintain hygiene standards and service equipment
- Prepare for service before, during and after, and minimise wastage, breakage and spoilage
- Use up-selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue
