Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Hotel Service

About the role

Join the hospitality team at a luxury hotel and deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests. You will be responsible for serving food and beverages with professionalism and ensuring every guest feels welcomed.

Key responsibilities

• Read daily events and welcome VIP arrivals.
• Know all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods and convey this information politely.
• Present children’s menus, describe specials and alternative cuisine.
• Serve and clear food and beverage items unobtrusively.
• Use the POS system to ring up sales, print and close checks, and complete cash‑out procedures.
• Carry trays, bus and reset tables with linen, china, glass and silver.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, handle issues and report resolutions to a manager.
• Follow cash and credit‑card procedures and maintain a clean, orderly restaurant.
• Polish silver, refill condiments and ensure work stations are stocked.
• Report guest comments, maintain equipment, and adhere to safety, sanitation and hygiene policies.
• Assist other F&B outlets during peak periods and perform opening/closing duties.

Required profile

• Secondary education.
• Minimum 1 year of food‑and‑beverage serving experience.
• Previous public contact or cashiering experience.
• Additional foreign language (e.g., Russian) is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
