About the role

Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences for guests at St. Regis Dubai. As a Waiter/Waitress you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service, from setting tables to ensuring guests enjoy their meals.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate service timing.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and follow company policies and procedures.
• Ensure safety standards are met, including proper handling of equipment and adherence to hygiene protocols.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
