Waiter/Waitress – Sand & Koal Team

About the role

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join the Sand & Koal team within the Food & Beverage department. The role involves delivering high‑standard food and beverage service to guests in a luxury hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

• Set up stations and tables according to Emirates Palace standards.
• Greet guests, communicate with them, and assist the captain in presenting menus, making recommendations and taking orders.
• Serve food and beverage promptly, follow up on billing procedures, and clear tables and stations.
• Coordinate the return of dirty linen and ensure the captain is informed of guest comments or complaints.
• Attend briefings, meetings and training sessions as required.

Required profile

• Certification or Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred).
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment (preferred).
• Passionate about guest service with an engaging personality.
