Waiter/Waitress – Sand & Koal Team

About the role

We are seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join the Sand & Koal team at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering food and beverage service that meets the hotel’s high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Set up stations and tables according to established standards.
• Greet guests, present menus, make recommendations and take orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accurate delivery.
• Assist with billing, clearing tables, and managing linen returns.
• Communicate guest comments and complaints to the captain and management.
• Attend briefings, training sessions and maintain a neat uniform and personal hygiene.

Required profile

• Certification or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort is an advantage.
• Passionate about guest service with an engaging personality.
