About the role

Join the hospitality team at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah Waterfront Hotel and Residences as a Waiter/Waitress. You will be the face of our dining service, delivering friendly, efficient service that creates memorable experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Delight guests with an upbeat attitude and proactively enhance their meal experience.
• Master the menu, promotions and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take orders, enter them into the POS system and deliver food and beverages promptly with attention to detail.
• Maintain a fully stocked, clean and organized food service station.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and delivering warm, attentive service.
• Good communication skills with basic English proficiency for taking orders.
• Numeracy skills for handling bills and payments accurately.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is an advantage, though not mandatory.

Required skills

• Operation of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
