About the role
A luxury nightlife venue in Dubai is hiring experienced waiters and waitresses through its client. The role covers serving food and beverage in a high-end setting.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverage to guests
- Greet and seat customers and serve them professionally and personally
- Learn the food and beverage menu in depth
- Communicate with the kitchen about orders and deliver meals and drinks to the right tables
- Follow health department regulations
Required profile
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar roles in fine dining, upscale restaurants or 5-star hotels
- Excellent spoken English
- Fluency in French, Italian or Balkan languages is an added advantage
- Customer-focused, can-do attitude, passion for food and drinks, and ability to stay calm under pressure
