About the role

Procat Catering Services LLC is conducting a walk‑in interview in Dubai to recruit for multiple catering positions, including Catering Supervisor, Food & Beverage Assistant, Live Cook and Cleaner. The roles are full‑time and based at the company’s facility in Dubai Investment Park.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily catering operations and ensure service quality (Catering Supervisor).
• Assist in food preparation, service and inventory management (F&B Assistant).
• Prepare and cook menu items according to standards (Live Cook).
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, follow hygiene protocols (Cleaner).

Required profile

• Previous experience in the catering or hospitality industry.
• Male candidates preferred.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
