Walk‑in Interview for Facilities Management Technicians in Dubai

About the role

WHITESPOT Facilities Management Services is hosting a walk‑in interview in Dubai to recruit candidates for a range of hard‑service and soft‑service positions. The roles are full‑time and based on site, offering a long‑term career in a leading facilities management company.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, air‑conditioning, and MEP maintenance tasks as an Electrical, Plumbing, AC, or MEP Technician.
• Supervise and coordinate multi‑disciplinary MEP activities as an MEP Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness standards and oversee housekeeping staff as a Cleaning/Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Carry out routine cleaning duties as a Housekeeping Male Attendant.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in facilities management, hospitality, or construction.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow disciplined work practices.

Required skills

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and MEP systems.
• Experience with cleaning and housekeeping procedures.
