Warehouse Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support day‑to‑day warehouse operations. The role involves receiving and organizing goods, preparing orders, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring products are handled and stored properly.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload and verify incoming goods against delivery documents.
• Inspect products for damage, shortages or incorrect quantities.
• Arrange and store items in their designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, label and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Support regular stock counts and inventory checks, following FIFO/FEFO procedures.
• Report damaged, missing or incorrectly received items to the supervisor.
• Keep shelves, storage areas and workspaces clean and organized.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.

Required profile

• High school education or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, FMCG or similar environment (advantage).
• Physical ability to stand, lift, carry and move goods.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work accurately as part of a team.
• Willingness to join immediately or with short notice.
