Warehouse Manager - Chinese Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager who can lead daily warehouse operations in the United Arab Emirates and communicate effectively in Chinese. The role involves overseeing inventory, coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate stock records and efficient inventory management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Supervise warehouse staff and maintain smooth material flow.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably within the heavy equipment or construction machinery industry.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment parts, service‑related materials, and inventory management.
• Understanding of equipment service, workshop, or technical operations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good Chinese language proficiency, both spoken and written.
