Warehouse Manager (In-charge)

About the role

The Warehouse Manager will lead end‑to‑end warehouse and transportation operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, inventory control, and distribution of products across the Group’s retail network. The role combines oversight of the warehouse floor, fleet management, and coordination with retail stores and third‑party logistics providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, checking, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Maintain optimal use of warehouse space, security, housekeeping and accurate documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure high inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, cycle counts and physical inventories, investigating discrepancies, damages and losses.
• Oversee the transportation function: plan delivery schedules, allocate vehicles and drivers, monitor routes, fuel consumption, vehicle utilization and transportation costs.
• Coordinate with retail stores on delivery timings, urgent stock needs, returns and collections.
• Manage third‑party logistics partners, monitor service levels and ensure compliance with UAE vehicle regulations.
• Track and resolve delivery delays, damages, shortages and continuously identify opportunities to optimise routes and reduce costs.
