Warehouse Manager

About the role

The company seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations across multiple UAE locations, focusing on retail store distribution and e‑commerce/marketplace order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically manage inventory control, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and distribution for retail stores, e‑commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, etc.), wholesale and export customers.
• Oversee inbound processes from receiving shipments, quality verification, GRN completion to put‑away.
• Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of retail stores and fulfilment of e‑commerce orders meeting SLA commitments.
• Plan and optimise warehouse workflows to maximise productivity, order accuracy and speed.
• Manage daily dispatch using company fleet, couriers and third‑party logistics partners.
• Monitor order backlogs, fulfilment performance and inventory availability, implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by aligning physical stock with ERP records.
• Supervise, coach and develop a team of 30‑35 employees, ensuring productivity and compliance with health, safety and UAE regulations.
• Handle reverse logistics, returns processing and inventory reconciliation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse management, including retail distribution and high‑volume e‑commerce fulfilment.
• Proven ability to lead a team of 30+ staff and manage multi‑channel order fulfilment.
• Experience with import/export shipments and familiarity with UAE customs regulations.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
