Warehouse Operations Supervisor

About the role

You will lead and develop a team responsible for warehouse operations, acting as the first point of contact and supporting the Country Ops Manager. The role ensures inventory accuracy, manages incoming shipments, and drives high product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a warehouse team, including riders and pick‑packers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for warehouse activities.
• Support the Country Ops Manager in implementing processes correctly.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee incoming shipments.
• Create rotas, record sickness, holidays, and manage staff scheduling.
• Communicate shipment details within the team.
• Ensure optimal product quality and high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects as required.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar environment, FMCG/retail a plus.
• First‑hand experience in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong operations management capabilities.
• Facilities management experience is desirable.
• Hands‑on mentality and willingness to get involved in daily tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team independently and resolve conflicts.
• Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
• Very good written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
