Warehouse Specialist – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

The Warehouse Specialist will manage daily warehouse activities to support Pulse Nova’s manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate inventory and timely material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, inspection, put‑away, storage, picking, kitting and line feeding for production.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, discrepancy investigations and corrective actions.
• Enforce warehouse governance such as FIFO/FEFO, ESD controls, shelf‑life and quarantine procedures.
• Coordinate material staging with Production Planning, Logistics and Team Leaders.
• Prepare packaging and dispatch for production supply, finished goods, returns and inter‑site transfers.
• Execute WMS/ERP transactions with high accuracy, ensuring data integrity.
• Monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a safe, orderly environment by applying handling procedures, 5S housekeeping and equipment rules.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience in manufacturing or industrial settings, preferably regulated or defense.
• Proven ability to manage multiple warehouse activities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Forklift licence or equivalent (preferred).

Required skills

• Experience with WMS and ERP systems.
• Strong inventory control and traceability practices.
• Knowledge of handling and storage requirements for electronics, mechatronics or controlled materials.
• Forklift operation.
