Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehouse activities in Dubai, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently and goods are stored and moved safely. This role requires close coordination with logistics, procurement and other internal teams to maintain a productive warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all daily warehouse operations.
• Ensure efficient inventory management and accurate stock control.
• Maintain proper storage conditions and timely movement of goods.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement and other departments.
• Uphold safety standards and keep the warehouse organized.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or inventory management (less than 1 year acceptable).
• Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse best practices.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
