Warranty Claims Agent – Automotive

About the role

As a Warranty Claims Agent you will manage motor warranty claims from registration through processing and resolution, ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreed turnaround times. You will collaborate with dealerships, clients, external experts and the service network to deliver a smooth claims experience.

Key responsibilities

• Open, manage, review, and process claims in accordance with the agreed TAT.
• Perform plausibility checks on claims and consult external experts when required.
• Correspond with dealerships, clients, and external experts regarding claims and related matters.
• Receive and review invoices and prepare them for payment.
• Implement claims SOPs across the service network and dealerships.
• Guide, train, and support service network partners and dealers on the claims process.
• Collect and maintain internal procedures, supported by technical bulletins and relevant OEM literature.
• Ensure customer grievances are addressed with the highest priority and resolved within departmental TAT.
• Ensure accurate and timely handling of claims documentation and related processes.

Required profile

• Degree/Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; technician background preferred.
• Previous experience in motor extended warranty claims, insurance, and/or assistance services.
• Understanding of commercial aspects related to claims and warranty operations.
• Experience with network expansion and management of direct/indirect teams.
• Fluent in Arabic and advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements.
• Comfortable working in an office‑based environment.
