Warranty Executive – Automotive After‑sales

About the role

Join Al-Futtaim Automotive as a Warranty Executive, supporting Toyota and Lexus after‑sales operations across the UAE. You will be responsible for processing warranty claims accurately, ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies, and contributing to vehicle safety initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Review, adjudicate and authorize warranty repairs and claims submitted by Toyota and Lexus service centres.
• Ensure warranty submissions meet manufacturer requirements to maximise recoveries and minimise rejections.
• Monitor claim quality, accuracy and processing timelines, maintaining performance dashboards.
• Conduct warranty audits and coaching visits across the dealer network to ensure policy compliance.
• Develop action plans to address non‑compliance and improve overall warranty performance.
• Support safety recall, special service and customer satisfaction campaigns.
• Coordinate parts recovery activities and liaise with manufacturers on returned parts.
• Collaborate with technical and after‑sales teams to identify quality concerns and process improvement opportunities.
