Water Quality & Animal Life Support Systems Manager

About the role

Miral Experiences is looking for a Water Quality Manager to oversee the Animal Life Support Systems (ALSS) and water treatment facilities within its zoological department. The role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient operation of all water‑related systems that support animal habitats and visitor attractions across the theme park.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor automated life‑support control systems and water treatment equipment, including software, hardware, and supporting devices.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for ALSS and water filtration assets.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, checklists, and documentation for all life‑support and water‑treatment processes.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and departmental regulations.
• Collaborate with habitat leadership on budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Oversee training, certification, and competency assessment of technical staff in the section.

Required profile

• At least 7 years (84 months) of experience in water quality management, public pool or wastewater treatment, or animal life‑support systems.
• Proven leadership in maintenance planning and execution.
• Experience managing budgets for technical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of environmental and safety regulations applicable to water treatment.
• Ability to train and certify technical personnel.
