About the role

HSBC International Wealth and Premier Banking is seeking a Wealth Coach to elevate the performance of Relationship Managers across the region. You will act as a strategic advisor and mentor, helping the team deliver superior client experiences and drive wealth growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Relationship Managers and Sales Managers to strengthen portfolio management discipline and client engagement.
• Build RM capability in financial planning and wealth products, improving advisory conversations and need‑based selling.
• Partner with RM leaders to shape team routines, standards, and performance expectations.
• Deliver structured training, observation, and feedback through call/meeting coaching, pipeline reviews, and role‑plays.
• Track impact through KPIs such as client activity, conversion, product mix, and portfolio health, and implement targeted improvement plans.
• Ensure all coaching and business activity complies with HSBC Business Principles, operational risk controls, and local/global compliance requirements.

Required profile

• In‑depth experience in financial services and relationship management, preferably with high‑net‑worth portfolios.
• Expert knowledge of financial planning and wealth products with a proven sales track record.
• Demonstrated experience coaching and developing high‑performing wealth teams; people‑leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of macro/micro‑economics, local market developments, and external regulatory frameworks.
• Holds required local licences/accreditations and works effectively with Compliance, Credit & Risk, and Internal Control.
• Ability to communicate well in English; Arabic is a plus.
