Wealth Management Associate Program - Arabian Gulf

About the role

UBS is offering an 18-month Wealth Management Associate Program in Dubai, within its Wealth Management Team Arabian Gulf based in the Advisory Office. The program combines parallel off-the-job education with on-the-job development focused on building a book of clients, and prepares participants for a career in UBS Wealth Management in one of its global locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop into a successful Relationship Manager through the training program, reaching (or preferably exceeding) the financial and educational targets set within it.
• Build a client book from your own existing network of wealthy individuals in the Middle East.
• Establish long-term mutually beneficial relationships with clients and grow your network through referrals and new prospects.
• Acquire the knowledge and sales skills to deliver the UBS value proposition, including timely completion of mandatory trainings and the WM Certificate.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a leading university or business school, with at least 4 years of professional experience.
• Good understanding and strong interest in financial markets, and in-depth market knowledge of Middle Eastern countries.
• A convincing network of high-net-worth clients.
• Part of a club, alumni network or involved in entrepreneurial activities.
• Experience in Wealth Management services is welcome but not required.

Required skills

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and sales skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is advantageous but not required.
