Web Developer & Digital Marketing Technology Specialist

About the role

SF Properties is looking for a Web Developer and Digital Marketing Technology Specialist to support its digital marketing operations in Dubai. The role covers maintaining and improving the company website, building landing pages for property campaigns, setting up tracking and supporting the technical needs of digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, update and improve the company website, including custom WordPress themes and content such as property project, developer and area pages.
• Build conversion-focused landing pages for projects and campaigns, with enquiry forms linked to CRM and lead management systems.
• Implement and maintain Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel, configure conversion tracking and campaign attribution, and use UTM parameters and campaign URLs.
• Apply on-page SEO best practices and optimise titles, metadata, headings, URLs, images and internal links.
• Monitor website performance and provide basic analytics reports.

Required profile

• Practical experience with WordPress development and front-end technologies.
• Experience with PHP and WordPress theme customization.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and deliver projects on schedule.
• Preferred: real estate website experience, CRM integration and marketing automation familiarity, REST API work, Git, hosting, DNS and Cloudflare basics, and Figma.
