Web3 Frontend Developer – On‑chain Trading Terminal

About the role

This is a high‑ownership frontend engineering role focused on building the client experience for a fast‑moving on‑chain trading terminal. You will own critical trading surfaces across both Solana and EVM, working directly on products used for real transactions and real money.

Key responsibilities

• Own the frontend client experience for trenches trading, perpetuals, and prediction markets across Solana and EVM.
• Build latency‑sensitive trading interfaces, including live data, execution, fill‑quality UX, order flow and transaction states.
• Unify wallet, signing and approval flows for Solana and EVM into a coherent UI while maintaining feature parity.
• Optimize browser performance using WebSockets, RPC streams, optimistic UI, reconnection strategies and backpressure management.
• Measure and improve frontend performance metrics such as p95 time‑to‑interactive and time‑to‑fill.

Required profile

• 3+ years of production‑grade frontend engineering experience with Web3 or on‑chain products.
• Hands‑on experience shipping real‑money trading products such as perpetuals, DEXs, launchpads or prediction markets.
• Demonstrated ownership of features from idea through launch and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work remotely with reasonable overlap across global time zones.

Required skills

• Frontend development with WebSockets, RPC streams, optimistic UI and reconnection/backpressure handling.
• Experience with Solana and EVM ecosystems, including wallet adapters and embedded solutions (e.g., Privy).
• Building sophisticated trading interfaces: charting, order flow, PnL, fills and on‑chain error handling.
• Proficiency in AI‑assisted development workflows.
