Website Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a remote Website Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operation, content updates, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of our digital platforms. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the website delivers an excellent user experience and supports our business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily website operations, updates, and publishing activities.
• Coordinate content, campaigns, and page updates with Marketing, Product, UX, and Content teams.
• Monitor website performance, availability, functionality, and user experience.
• Lead troubleshooting, issue resolution, and website maintenance.
• Track traffic, engagement, conversions, and other key metrics.
• Support SEO, optimization, usability, and digital experience initiatives.
• Maintain content calendars, publishing workflows, and documentation.
• Conduct testing and quality checks before major releases.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, security, and scalability.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Digital Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in website management, web operations, digital marketing, e‑commerce or IT.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and project coordination abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Contentful.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and website monitoring platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, APIs or other web technologies.
