Wedding & Events Tele Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales Specialist to turn inquiries into appointments and bookings for our wedding and event planning services. The role involves contacting prospective clients, qualifying leads, and coordinating with our sales and event teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients via phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from social media, website and marketing campaigns.
• Qualify leads, understand event requirements and schedule consultations.
• Follow up with prospects to maximise conversions and achieve sales targets.
• Explain company services, packages and promotions professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
• Coordinate with operations and event planning teams for smooth client handovers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or customer service experience.
• Experience in weddings, events, hospitality or luxury services is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and customer‑focused.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
