About the role
Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, you will be the first point of contact for guests at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, ensuring a warm and professional welcome throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
- Assist guests with directions, resort information, facilities, and services.
- Coordinate with Concierge, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Support guest arrivals and departures by providing information and guidance.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests efficiently and courteously.
Required profile
- Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Concierge, Hospitality, or a customer‑facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, outgoing personality.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, German, or French are an advantage.
