Welcome Desk Agent – Front Office (Russian/Arabic speaker preferred)

About the role

As a Welcome Desk Agent at W Hotels Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating memorable experiences from check‑in to check‑out. The role is ideal for candidates fluent in Russian and Arabic who enjoy a dynamic, guest‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and register guests efficiently, handling check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Process operational tasks such as reporting, documentation, and minor cash handling.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming front‑desk area.
• Perform light physical duties, including moving items up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior hospitality experience required.
• Fluency in Russian and Arabic is preferred.
• Ability to work full‑time, standing or walking for extended periods.
