Welcomer – Guest Reception Specialist

About the role

AccorHotel is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Welcomer to be the first point of contact for guests in Dubai. You will create a warm, personalized welcome experience and ensure smooth arrivals and departures in a vibrant, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests with professionalism and a genuine smile.
• Provide personalized check‑in and check‑out experiences and assist with inquiries, directions, and hotel information.
• Offer welcome beverages or amenities based on guest status or preferences.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Promote hotel services, facilities, and ongoing promotions.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues or escalate appropriately.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front‑office or guest‑facing role in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, in shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Opera or similar hotel management software.
