About the role

As Well Services Manager – Cementing & Pumping, you will lead ZMI’s offshore operations, ensuring safe, efficient and cost‑effective service delivery while driving continuous improvement and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage offshore cementing and pumping operations, overseeing job planning, equipment mobilization and personnel deployment.
• Provide on‑shore technical support to offshore crews, ensuring compliance with procedures and client requirements.
• Oversee maintenance, inspection and certification of cementing units, high‑pressure pumps and batch mixers.
• Manage offshore personnel competency, training and performance.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, marine teams and third‑party service providers for effective execution.
• Control operational budgets, monitor costs and KPIs, and implement corrective actions to improve safety and service quality.
• Support business development, tender preparation and technical proposals.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of offshore oil and gas well services experience, focusing on cementing and high‑pressure pumping.
• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Marine, Chemical or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of offshore HSE requirements, industry standards and equipment certification.
• Proven leadership, personnel management and competency development experience.
• Experience in budget control, cost management and operational performance monitoring.
