Well Testing, Stimulation and UBCTD Supervisor

About the role

The Well Testing, Stimulation and UBCTD Supervisor acts as the company representative on‑site, ensuring safe, cost‑effective execution of UBCTD, well testing and stimulation operations while leading all personnel and HSE activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead safety and HSE compliance on the wellsite, investigating and closing incidents.
• Manage pre‑mobilisation testing, equipment audits and integration of contractor procedures.
• Coordinate logistics, personnel planning and daily activity reporting, including NPT capture.
• Review and optimise UBCTD, testing and stimulation programmes, work instructions and contractor documentation.
• Ensure well control and pressure control standards are met and supervise emergency preparedness drills.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of drilling, workover, well services or intervention experience, with at least 5 years supervising UBCTD operations.
• Current IWCF Level 4 certification.
• Proven track record in wellsite HSE leadership and safety culture development.
• Experience with major oil operators or contractors, including H₂S and HPHT environments.

• UBCTD procedures (slickline, wireline, coiled tubing, UBD).
• Well flowback, clean‑up and effluent waste management.
• Well control and pressure control equipment configuration and testing.
• Drilling, workover and well services intervention techniques.
• HSE auditing, incident investigation and emergency response planning.
