Wellness Coordinator Lead

About the role

Antahā is seeking a country lead for its UAE chapter to bridge Sitender’s teachings with high‑net‑worth individuals and communities in Dubai. The role focuses on relationship building, event organization, and expanding Antahā’s presence across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Organise Sitender’s weekly teaching sessions during his monthly stay in the UAE.
• Connect Antahā with accomplished individuals and high‑net‑worth circles, primarily in Dubai and globally.
• Host private dinners and introductions to nurture genuine participation.
• Represent Antahā with confidence, warmth and discretion in high‑end and professional settings.
• Develop partnership opportunities with aligned venues, organisations and communities.
• Lead growth, marketing and PR strategy for Antahā’s expansion in the UAE.

Required profile

• Based in Dubai with flexibility for occasional travel.
• Deeply connected to the local culture and high‑net‑worth network, or able to reach them.
• Warm, grounded, and comfortable across diverse environments from boardrooms to intimate gatherings.
• Excellent communicator in English, able to engage high‑end and cross‑cultural settings.
• Emotionally intelligent, discreet, reliable and aligned with Antahā’s philosophy.
• Background in premium client relations, events, hospitality, executive circles or wellness.
