Wellness Instructor

About the role

The Wellness Instructor designs and delivers holistic wellness programs for resort guests, blending fitness, yoga, meditation and lifestyle practices with the vibrant SO/ brand personality. You will create memorable experiences that support physical, mental and emotional well‑being throughout the stay.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group and individual sessions such as yoga, Pilates, meditation, breathwork and stretching.
• Provide personalized lifestyle and wellness guidance to help guests achieve balance and vitality.
• Develop a diverse calendar of wellness activities aligned with guest profiles, brand positioning and seasonal events.
• Collaborate with Spa, Fitness and Entertainment teams to deliver integrated offerings and signature programs.
• Maintain clean, safe wellness spaces and ensure equipment is in excellent condition.
• Act as a brand ambassador, building personal connections with guests and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Certification in yoga, Pilates, meditation, holistic health or wellness coaching (e.g., Yoga Alliance, Pilates Method Alliance).
• Previous experience in a luxury resort, spa or wellness centre.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Creative, energetic and empathetic personality with a genuine passion for wellness.
• First aid and CPR certification preferred.
